All dogs with PUP are in private foster homes so we can provide our potential adopters the most current information available.



Health: Alfie has been neutered and microchipped. He is current on his DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. He has been wormed, flea treated, and tested negative for heartworm.

History: Alfie comes from an overcrowded shelter in California. PUP was asked to help and we are so glad we did. All dogs PUP pulls from California come with health certificates, as required by Washington state.

Notes from Alfie's Foster Home:

Alfie is an adorable scruffy terrier mix. He is doing well in his foster home and his confidence is growing every day. He gets along with all of the dogs in the home, big and small. He sleeps through the night in his crate and he has not had any accidents in the house. He walks beautifully on a leash and he loves to go for walks. Once he trusts you, he will follow you anywhere. His favorite place is definitely by his person.  He is still getting used to meeting new people so he is a bit shy at first but with patience, he will blossom into a fun-loving companion that loves to give kisses. 
Alfie would do best in a home with another doggie friend who likes to cuddle. 

Note: The above description reflects the behavior we have observed in the dog's foster home. Although PUP provides adopters up to the minute information on our dogs, we cannot guarantee they will behave in the same manner in a different environment with new owners.
